Jodi has all the energy, professionalism and enthusiasm it takes to achieve excellent results in the real estate industry and she does! Having been brought up on a diet of real estate – her family has owned and managed Ray White Manurewa since 1998 – she cut her teeth by managing the office on Saturday mornings when she was just 16. After completing her studies Jodi joined the team in 2004 as a full-time sales consultant and not only immediately found success, but now leads the way.
Well into her seventh strong year, Jodi is a firm believer in continued professional development, constantly striving to improve and extend herself. As soon as she was able, she qualified as an Associate of the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand – making her as qualified as a Principal and enabling her to own and run her own office in the future, if she desires.
Jodi’s suburb of expertise is The Gardens & Alfriston Heights: leafy, sought-after and prestigious in South Auckland. If anything’s happening in the area she’ll know about it.

In November 2010 Jodi felt that she wanted to give back to the community and so, with the support of Ray White, ran the New York City Marathon to raise awareness of the importance of early detection of breast cancer, and raised $3,000 for the New Zealand Breast Cancer Foundation.

Jodi’s business awards include Top Salesperson Jan-Mar 2009 for Ray White Manurewa, Top Salesperson 2006 for Ray White Manurewa and Office Sales Record (issued in November 2006), as well as Top Seller for February 2009, Top Seller for December 2008, Excellence in Marketing (April 2009) and Best Marketing Campaign (2007), for the marketing of 223a Hill Rd. Nationally, in 2006 she was #14 for Business Growth, achieved Premier status in 2007 and Executive status in 2008.
