Our Rates

Platform:

• 7.5% commission on rent received
• 7.5% supervision commission on maintenance work undertaken
• Inspection fee per inspection of $40 + GST (frequency of inspections at your discretion)
• $15 credit check fee on each potential applicant whom we are serious about as a tenant
• $5 disbursement fee (for each water/land rates invoice we pay on your behalf)
• $20.44 application fee to the Tenancy Tribunal (only if necessary)

Premier:

• 8.5% commission on rent received
• Inspections, supervision and disbursements are no extra charge!
• Credit Checks - no extra charge!
• Tenancy Tribunal applications - no extra charge!
