- We undertake regular quarterly inspections and look after your property.
- We liaise with you regarding maintenance and repairs.
- We will inform you before we go spending your money!
- We undertake 6-monthly rent reviews on your investment to ensure you are getting the hightest rent return.
- We use reputable tradesmen to carry out maintenance should you require us to.

- We pay to you twice per month and email statements with a full description once per month.
